How do I process a return on Fluchos.es?

Requesting a return at Fluchos.es is very simple. All you have to do is follow the instructions below to request a full or partial refund of your order:
- Access your account at Fluchos.es by logging in.
- In the "Orders and Returns" section you will find a history of your orders.
- Access the order and select the items you wish to return.
- Next, indicate the reason for the return and the type of return (home collection or delivery at the post office) and click on the "Request return" button.
- We will immediately send you a return confirmation email to your email account with the steps to follow.

If you can't find the email, please check your spam folder. If you still do not receive it or have any doubts, you can contact our customer service team at consulta@fluchos.com.

If it is an order sent to Ceuta, Melilla or the Canary Islands, you must make the return using the shipping method of your choice. The client has to bear the costs, having to pay customs and corresponding expenses.

How do I arrange home collection with the carrier?

At the end of the return process, you will receive an email with the shipping label and instructions to proceed with the return. Collection will be made the next business day.


How do I deliver my return to a Post Office?

Once you have requested the return with delivery to the Post Office, you will receive an email with the shipping label and instructions to proceed with the return. Once the label has been printed and placed on the package, you can deliver the package to your nearest Post Office. It is not necessary to print the email, it is sufficient to show the complete code at the post office. If you don't know where your nearest post office is, click here.


Under what conditions should I return the order?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery. The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, with all labels intact, in perfect condition, in its original packaging and must not be used or damaged. However, if you do not have the original packaging, you must replace it with one of similar size and capacity. The return must be sent from the same country in which the order was placed. Please try the product on as if you were in a shop and treat it with care, without walking too much and without removing any labels, accessories or seals.


Are there any return costs?

Returns of products purchased on Fluchos.es are free*, as long as they are made within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. Remember that you have to request the return of your purchase through your Fluchos.es account.
*For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, we can not take care of the return of the article and therefore it is the customer who must bear the costs, having to pay customs and related expenses. You can choose a courier service you trust, but in this case we will not be able to reimburse you for the return shipping costs.


Is it possible to change the size or model of an order received?

If you wish to make an exchange for any reason (size, colour, etc.), you must first make a return and then make a new purchase. You have 30 days from the date of delivery. The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, with all tags intact, in its original packaging and must not be used or damaged. However, if it does not have the original packaging, you must replace it with one of similar size and capacity.


What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service.


When will you be credited for the return of the online order?

Once we receive the goods, we will check the return and process the credit within an estimated period of 15 working days, counted from Monday to Friday, from receipt in our warehouse. The credit will be made in the same method of payment as your original purchase.


Return of orders paid by cash on delivery

If you have returned your online purchase through the web, and your return is for an order that you paid for by cash on delivery, we will need you to provide us with your account details (IBAN) in order to be able to make the refund.
